No. It’s not. It’s tragic.

Absolutely.
My answer is I don’t have the
first damn clue. Maybe they were short a tar crock pot
and couldn’t be bothered to wait for a back up.
And maybe the building owner is completely insane.
I’m an educated man, but I’m afraid I
can’t speak intelligently about the roofing contractor repair
regulations in latin american republics. What I do
know is that the roof is on fire and no one seems to think this is abnormal.
Now are these really the
concerns I need to ponder as I sip my morning cup a Joe?
Drunken arsonist roofers? Please tell
me there is something I’m missing.
Please tell me there’s a reason for a perfectly sound roof to be set on fire in broad
daylight. There are two puzzled ex-pats across the street dying for answers.
